Silver Treasure Hunter Helmet plume not showing

I have equipped the Silver Treasure Hunter Helmet microtransaction, but the plume on the helmet isn't showing for me. I have tested it in a friends hideout and the plume isn't showing for him as well.

I have tried different zones and armour sets, but the problem persists. Also after relog.

i try it in other hideouts but still showing the helmet without the hair
