Shipment missing without warning and with "0 risk" on the shipment tooltip

I made a shipment to "Te Onui" and went AFK, after 5 hours i returned to the game, my shipment is just missing with no warning or explanation about what happened. The tooltip showed it had 0 Risks. I lost all my cargo with an approximate value of 24k but not the crew of the ship.

This is almost my exact same issue. The port never even got the favored materials they wanted either, so the ship didn't even make it halfway I'm guessing-

Did you load up the ship with "ore"
If you did, the number of ore is removed from your stock upon arrival - for some reason, when the ship reaches it's destination only then does it take from your stock.
During this time, if you've turned that ore into bars, you no longer have that amount of ore to trade with - so the shipment fails and is cancelled.

I've had this happen several times.
My shipment was corn and wheat, I had plenty.
Poof! Just gone.
No, it wasn't ore or bars.
Yes, I am 100% positive that I sent them out.
Yes, I have plenty of gold in the Treasury.
No, I didn't cancel the shipment.
No, I didn't use the wheat and corn for anything else, I sent them out and went and played more.


Design Suggestion:
If there isn't enough gold to complete the shipment, don't let the player ship it out.
Don't let the player take gold out of the Treasury or assign more workers if the amount of gold left would keep the shipment from completing.

In other words, allocate ALL of the gold and mats necessary for the shipment WHEN the click on "Set Sail". This seems obvious.

Happened to me (again)

I was playing the entire time, it said shipment came back, no pirate boss event or anything. I go to kingsmarch and my boat and crew are there but no loot.
If the ship stuff turned up in the chat logs there would at least be less confusion. It has happened before but I just shrugged it off, getting a bit sick of the glitchy league mechanic and the reduced drop rate in maps. At least my graveyard never disappeared.

Had this happen multiple times and just happened again.

Also can confirm there is no message for the ship, it just goes back to status: docked. No shipment lost or anything, it just glitches out and returns to port with all goods gone, no rewards.

It has 100% of the time happened after a shorter ship was returning, and the remaining ship still had time left on it.

Same thing happened to me. Just upgraded to three ships and the top two just completely gone third was still there waiting for more coins to finish.
