Utula's Hunger needs some love

I was looking at the patch notes, decided on my build and wanted to go with Utula's Hunger.

The patch notes showed that life on body armours was getting a buff, but it doesn't mention any other life modifiers getting buffed.

Playing the campaign it's clear mob damage is quite a bit higher than it used to be and I'm getting shredded on some of these packs.

If later game also has this increased difficulty; then the downside Utula's Hunger is just way too big!
I'm guessing Kaom's Heart got this rework back to the original version because of the changes in difficulty and although no sockets is a significant downside; having no life mods on any equipped items, when all the life mods on all the equipped items got quite a large buff to them to compensate for difficulty changes, is just way too much.

Can we see a buff to the life on Utula's Hunger to compensate for the changes, instead of rendering this unique obsolete please?
