Shadows and Dust Clasped Mitts - cloud bugged

Shadows and Dust Clasped Mitts gloves are bugged. When I create the smoke cloud on rampage. Not only i can hide in the cloud but all the mobs around can hide in it too ... They will be blinded but they can't be hit either.
I'm playing them on a Cyclone build and once the cloud is up, I'm not hitting them.
