Shipments getting lost entirely?

Hi, so this has happened twice now. I send a shipment out with a bunch of goods, risk level is at 0%, it ships out, and then I never get any notification about it ever again. Tujen doesn't have any info, if the ship was somehow destroyed, etc. It is like it never shipped, but it seems like the resources got taken.I've made sure to have money in the bank and everything, so I'm wondering if they vanish if you wait too long or if it's a bug or something.

The exact same thing is happening to me.

MOST of my shipments just disappear without me getting any loot, and without any notification that something has gone wrong.

It is extremely frustrating.

Same thing happened to me 3 times. Ship was about to return in 1 hour. I had gold for the wages for 6 hours. Whn i came back ship was docked and no report on something going wrong. Just like if i didnt sent the ship at all and mats are gone. Btw the risk was at 0

I just confirmed this with a method that is not ambiguous in any way.

I sent out a shipment, and went to bed.

When I logged in just now my sailors were at home, there was no record of any shipment, and I did not receive any loot.

I was really looking forward to this league. I just spent real-world money on cosmetics because I was planning on playing the heck out of it. But the entire league is built around the shipments.

If they're just going to disappear then everything else I'm doing in this league is completely pointless.

And, once again: this is happening to MOST of my shipments. I am having more shipments disappear than complete successfully.

So, what the heck am I doing here? :(

Had the same issue, woke up, shipment missing, i thought i was going crazy and never sent it but no i remember clearly from yesterday. I am sad ;( only lost 1 shipment though

There is a chance you never sent it at all.
If you max the bars on for example ores and then send the ship. you will sometimes get an easily missable error text, and the ship never sends.
Probably because one of your workers used the ore to make bars so you didnt have enough to send

it happened to me as well.in my case the countdown finish and i got nothing, then again i select goods and port and set sail, but i got instant "available ship"(so no abandon no reward) and all my selected goods got lost..

This has happened to me twice now as well.

This has happened to me and my group multiple times already. Not sure what causes this
