minimum charges not workin

i have conviction of power, and when i put on a ring with plus 1 to minimum endurance charges it does not apply another one

You cannot go past the maximum number of endurance charges. Conviction of Power will get you 4 max endurance charges only. If you want one more, you need a source of +1 to maximum endurance charges
