Bugged Monstrous Memories challenge

Context: Never did a single memory, just running T1/T2 maps, but received the challenge completion of "Defeat 100 Rare monsters with at least 3 Modifiers in Atlas Memories"

Presumably devs forgot to enable the "In atlas memories" tag?
