Easy build for begginers

Hi,
looking for an easy to follow build guide for beginners, i got confused with so many build guides here and don't know which is better for me.

Witch + raging spirits and summon phantasm support. It is like playing the champaign in easy mode. Raging Spirits are like homings missiles while you dodge and take your distance. However, once you enter in the atlas you should migrate to another build with more DPS.

Im not trying to debate previous posters, but Righteous Fire requires (from a beginners' perspective) absolutely massive fire resist investment and regen before you can even turn on the skill without dying. Not sure a real beginner would find that easy.

you just run purity of fire/rise of the phoenix shield and take a coupe of nodes on the tree and you're already on 87 or 88% fire res. and if you go chief then all your others will be 88 also.


oh and fire mastery regen 1 life per second for each 1% uncapped fire res takes care of the regen part

edit- you can turn on RF as early as act 2 as long as you take that mastery. ez

Just folllow the guide and it will work. It is not that hard as it seem at first.

I tried it for my very first time in Necro and i had a blast.

Hah, I knew it would spark debate.

But its the old fallacy of "I've played 4,000 hours, therefore a beginner build would be about... 400 hours experience".

But then you dont really consider what its like to play 4 or 10 hours and actually be a beginner.

In most games, you are nearly done at 40 hours. In PoE you are an absolute noob.

Anyway good for all the people trying to help, but (1) find this unique, plan around, (2) run this aura, (3) follow this special tree, (4) overcap fire res and use it for regen (seriously from a beginner point of view, what did you even just say?).

Thats before you can even use the skill ONCE.

Absolutely NONE of that is beginner level.

Im not saying you all dont know what youre talking about, you just know PoE too well. 1/10th of your experience is a few hundred hours. Thats not beginner. Good luck all.

I'm using Maxroll's Archmage Ball Lightning and really having good time with it. Still in Acts so I can't say how it is in other content.
