Cant mine Petrified Amber Ore

If it's the ore smelting stealing your ore before you can use it, it's not TECHNICALLY a bug. Like how miners will mine anything if their assigned mineral is out, smelters will smelt anything if their assigned ore is out. This is mentioned in the smelter tooltip, but it IS a problem.

They really gotta make the ore town upgrades accept both ore and bars, because your ore getting smelted before you can use it is a real problem sometimes.

Petrified Amber simply does not show up on my account. I am in t6 maps and have 2 miners in the mining slots. I haven't found it once in the last 25 maps. This is gating sailing progress at rank 2.

edit: i went back to an act 10 zone and spawned it twice to get through the sailing upgrade. then i reentered maps and it spawned in the first zone i ran.
