Unable to "Set Sail" from the Town

For some reason no matter what I try, I can't complete Sailing missions anymore after already having some complete.

I have a large variety of resources, gold in the town and on me, and staff in the shipping job. I am able to choose which port to travel to (2 available) and set sliders to add produce to the ships.

Whenever I click on "Set Sail" - I get an audio file of a bell, and the system resets itself, and my ship does not sail.

Please fix this bug or advise me what is wrong?

Bump. I have had this issue trying to sail to both Pondium and Te Onui. I can sail to Riben Fell and Ngakanu sometimes and sometimes it also fails for them.

Bump. Cannot seem to send out ships anymore either.

I had the same problem.
I was trying to send unrefined ore, but at the same time my smelters was using the ore, so technically I had less ore than I was trying to send.
Fixed this by sending a little bit less than the max of the slider.
Hopefully this helps somebody else.
