Kingsmarch time frozen and nothing is happening with any of my allocated workers

none of my things in kingsmarch are progressing, the outgoing shipment is stuck at 42 minutes, my smelter is not processing items and my farms are not growing crop even tho i have multiple personnel allocated to each task. all the times on all the workers for job time is stuck at 0:00 and not progressing at all.

it would be nice if there was a notification that your towns treasury has run out of money since i completly forgot that was a thing after the first interaction

I had a notification that the treasury had run out of gold and all work was suspended. Maybe you didn't notice?

it is fully possible i missed it. but then, if there was a sustained red message while youre in town saying youre out of funds i couldnt possibly miss it.
