Can Ascendancy Passive Skill Points be respecced with Gold in 3.25?

Can Ascendancy Passive Skill Points be respecced with Gold in 3.25 like they can currently be with Regret Orbs? If so, will it be the leveled cost x5, or will it scale differently?

Unless it was said on Reddit, that was never revealed. I expect it will, but I also expect regret orbs to be significantly less valuable this league due to gold. I suspect regret orbs will eventually be either deleted from the game or repurposed to something else. Right now they are still the only way to drop a gem to level 1 instantly, pay for books of regret, and a few crafting options.
