Maximum "% increased effect of Explicit Modifiers on your Maps" and two map mods.

Hello! I wanted to ask this question in the last league, but I abandoned it in the first week...

In new atlas we have:
- 62% increased effect of Explicit Modifiers on your Maps, all small nodes.
- 2% increased effect of Explicit Modifiers on your Maps per Explicit Modifier, 8 mods max.
- 3% increased effect of Explicit Modifiers on your Maps per 5% Map Quality, 30% max.
So, we have 62 + 2*8 + 3/5*30 = 96% increased effect of Explicit Modifiers on your Maps.

And we have map mods:
- 60% less effect of Curses on Monsters
- Players have 60% less Recovery Rate of Life and Energy Shield
Only two this mods have "LESS" value above than 50%.
And we have not "MORE" mods for "effect of Curses" or "Recovery Rate".
So, 60% less + 96% increased effect = 117,6% less.
But if, 50% less + 96% increased effect = 98% less.

Maybe that map mods should be nerfed from 60% to 50%? Then a character with "Blood Magic" will be able to use spells (for example). Enyway, a "LESS" mod with a value above than 100% sounds broken...

* even if we take a simple map with 6 mods and 20% quality, we will get 62 + 2*6 + 3/5*20 = 86%.
So, 60% less + 86% increased effect = 111,6% less.
That still "LESS" mod value above 100%...
