Rathpith Globe does not work with Iron Will + Crown of Eyes on Molten Strike

When I remove Iron Will, my Rathpith doubles my tooltip damage, but when I add Iron Will, I get more damage by NOT having a Rathpith, which doesn't make sense since ive got 8.1k health and crown of eyes.
