Warcry Nodes and AutoExert
The warcry nodes on the tree seem to not be made with Autoexertion Support in mind.
Warcry specific speed, duration, and buff effect. These seem pretty useless unless self pianoing crys. Last bumped on Jul 28, 2024, 12:28:24 PM

Sorry what?
Couple things. Autoexertion, no animation at all, so speed is N/A You dont get the direct buffs from cries you autoexert so that is also N/A (just the buffs from the gems themselves, not buffs you could get from a cluster like Lead by Example, you'll get those) So on a build with warcries youll probably autoexert cries you dont necessarily care to get a buff from, but still want buffs you get from the tree or clusters "when you warcry...". Keeping uptime of onslaught on the aforementioned Lead by Example. So maybe generals cry I want to automate because, at least for the build I will be running, I dont care for its buffs at all. Up to you what ones you want to autoexert and not. Autoexerting everything, at least the builds I have seen so far, is pretty bad to try to build around. I don't know that autoexertion is meant to be built around; it's more like a way to include multiple warcries in a build that isn't investing heavily into them. I'm using two autoexerted warcries with no other investment, and it's feeling pretty good so far. I don't know if that's the intention, but it's working for me.
My one gear to grind with autoexertion is just the constant percussive noise when they go off. I'd love a "laryngitis" MTX that let you silence those. Come on, GGG, you're leaving money on the table here. Stay sane, exiles!
