Let us set sound settings to False instead of just 0

The sound sliders in the game settings only set the volume to 0 but dont turn off sound processes entirely, which means that older low to mid range CPUs that can still run the game reasonably well, deliver worse performance for no reason while sounds are at 0.

Please include a tick box that lets us entirely shut off different sound sources to improve performance, like we can in the settings file.
If its not possible at runtime, it can easily have a message that states "changes will take effect after restart".
