returning Projectile meele weapon

Like the title is the big question, can we enchant meele weapons like claws with the returning porjectile enchant ?
i think u know that we build much builds and brainstorm about everything, but that is a question for much builds we want :D

can we can a small answer for it ? :D

Each enchant like that is only craftable on specific weapon type. So if returning projectiles enchant is made for Bows (which is too boring to be true IMO), you won't be able to craft it on wands or melee weapons.
