Tattoo in Settlers of Kalguur

I couldn’t find any information anywhere about what will happen to the tattoo in the new patch. Are they staying or will they not be, does anyone have information about this?

Trade market showed an option for them, probably get them through the ship trading.

Tattoos are even shown as possible rewards from shipping on https://www.pathofexile.com/settlers, they will for sure be in the game.
