The new Perfect Agony is antisynergistic with the crit+DoT clusters on the tree.
AFAIK its an oversight and hopefully they will fix it next time they do a pass on the passive tree, not really sure why they didn't change them when they changed perfect agony though - they may have believed that crit ailments without PA might still exist but in practice they don't.
I've not fully explored that though, there might be a few points where single instance ailments with sufficient duration get better scaling without PA but with the crit nodes but i've not encountered it yet. my own experience has shown you either go no crit full dot multi or no dot multi full crit + PA never in between. |

" Is it possible to alert someone about this? It's been quite a while since the PA change. Also, while we're on the topic. Assassin's "increased damage over time" small nodes work with PA, right? |

No in my experience unless you can get a streamer to ask them live when they do Q&A you can't really bring things to their attention unfortunately.
I realise that sounds particularly bad and I certainly would prefer things to be different but at least that avenue does exist and we occasionally get long standing bugs fixed just because they get leaned on in a live interaction. Basically they are amenable to change but its hard to get the information presented to them especially when they constantly have new things to implement its easy to shovel things into the do later pile and forget about them. Assassin has to be due for a rework, I've felt like it was going to be the next one for quite a while and I know a portion of the community feels the same - its getting on for the worst ascendancy aside from scion and these fixes are likely tied to that.
