This Legend of a Delve Enjoyer deserves some kind of lasting recognition.
GGG get him on board to design some delve drop unique or card.

light radius is always treated as if being on a low Light Level area
% increase to light radius provide an inverse value (+1% light radius will give -1% to light radius)
