Petition to allow Shitstain Steve to design an item

Hello dear community,

as some of you might be aware about, Shitstan Steve just reached the end of Delve during a league, a feat that has never been achieved before. As such, in a sense, he won a race that was thought impossible to accomplish. I think it would only be right to allow him to design an unique item or a divination card. Naturally he already has received a temporary memento in the form of a NPC named after him, in a sense, for the next league, who is a miner. Yet a feat like this deserves, in my humble opinion, a reward that scales with the level of determination and passion required to pull through with this.

He was Immortalized in poe 3.25 literally.

There's a NPC as a miner named Steve Schitt - Staining.

Re-edit Shitstain Steve immortalized in 3.25 lol hopefully hes in 2 as well.

If he got a unique it would have to give you 0 light radius base and scale it with something interesting.

The main issue with this is that it is only for a league and the NPC will be gone with 3.26. An item on the other hand, or even a divination card, would provide a true legacy for what he managed to accomplish.
