Corrupting Cry Buff or Change Please?

I'm confused on corrupting cry, seems to have gotten nerfed again without too much consideration.


The new cry gem seems designed around actual exerts, rather then general cry (corrupting cry). Now in addition to paying a heavy life cost, I must also reserve mana for this to work?

Just 2 patches ago I allocated a keystone and just had it on left click, now my only option is to invest even heavier into regen\recovery rate to eat the life cost (since the mastery doesnt work for some reason)


I guess you didn't enjoy people having "free" enduring cry buffs with the current setup. Not sure what the solution here is, but corrupting cry shouldn't be reserving mana just to cast a spell that also cost a significant amount of life.
