Summon Reaper interaction with aggravate bleed?

Hey guys, anyone know if there will be a way to aggravate bleeds from Summon Reaper?

I really like the skill but the bleed DPS is kinda mid in my experience

Vulnerability has a 10% chance to aggravate bleeds with attacks, this seems to be the only way currently which is quite low.

The meta will probably involve using a bow or cyclone to aggravate existing bleeds, right?

There's alot of passive skills that will allow you to aggravate on hit with attacks as well, as well as a mastery that on attack hit aggravates any bleeding if it is older than 4 seconds. However, these are all in the lower half of the tree. But yes, any fast hitting skill will probably work best for aggravating.
