ancient burial nodes in delve not spawning rare monster for completion

every ancient burial node ive done in delve for the last few days will not spawn the last rare monster to complete the encounter and sometimes i have to re-route to get to certain nodes or cant reach certain nodes cause ancient burials are blocking them. I really enjoy delve but this is making it hard to have fun anymore

I've had the same bug happen in 4 different lifeless camp/haunted remains nodes in delve as well. Mob spawns slow to a trickle, with just one ghost coming out of one grave, and a rare never spawns. Chests remain locked, the cart is uninteractable and progress cannot be saved.

SSF Necropolis, 300-400 depth FWIW.

This is happening to me too in Haunted Remains. The rares that normally spawn at the end of the encounter don't and I have to log out. I've tried completing the two Haunted Remains nodes with the same result.

Same here. Really annoying. It's happened at every haunted remains node i've encountered. Quitting out and going back there doesn't fix it. I just posted aobut this too

Same here in 2 different locations on delve ...levels 160 and 166. Both have armour rewards.
