Totem Taunt + Flamewood nerfed, but still viable otherwise

Rejuvenation Totem + Flamewood Ascendant doesnt work in 3.25 anymore due to taunt removal.

But GGG, you were right, the dust has settled and I am gratefull for it.

It will still work with ballistas and 100% champion taunt chance instead. It still hurts that Scion gets the worst of the class and skill nerfs, but the flexibility hopefully doesnt get less in the future.

Keep up the good work, bittersweet as the player reactions may be.
