3.25 Gladiator Ascendency feedback for bow use

I think there should be a line added to the weapon master ascendency for bows because as it stands now there are only 3 ascendency nodes that you can choose if you wanted to play bleed bow glad, which would be Gratuitous violence, Jagged technique, and war of attrition. None of the other ones would have any use for bow glad builds.

I am thinking something similar. Getting desperate and trying a rearguard build with using determined survivor. At this point PoB seems to be saying that shield buffs are working for rearguard but I think thats a temp bug while the backend is fixed.
thats definitely interesting but yeah I would be surprised if they intended to be able to do that, also because they don't usually like forcing a single unique just to be able to play a certain ascendency
Yes please. It's one of my favorite builds and I'd hate for it to be removed in this fashion.
They could just add challenger charges back. I'm not sure why it was removed. especially when you see what they have done to the raider/warden lol

GGG also forgot staves exist when reworking gladiator. Apparently using daggers makes more sense than using a stick designed to block on a class whose selling point is blocking....

I didn't even think about this but its a great point, Staves would be great to be able to actually be useful for once in melee combat
Yeah. I guess bows will have to pick 2 small nodes instead of a fourth large xD Or be smart and go a different ascenency ;)

In many circumstances, new gladiator is a 3 or 3.5 ascendency class.
bow/wand/staff = dead
claw = useless instant leech(10% is enough)
sword = accuracy seriously?
dagger = hmmm more crit is not bad but last time i played dagger melee is 7 years ago.
axe = actually 15% more in full dps, not bad but okay-ish
mace = maybe good but mace is hard to dual with others so that's kinda sad

if i do dual claw or dual mace/sceptre that means i get 0 dmg from weapon master.

Staves are played in elemental slams already. <Just an example of staves being useful for melee.
