Cant refund or swap mtx for the first time cuz it was used? What?

I contacted support, with a request to refund or swap support packs i bought an hour prio to more expensive one that i should have bought in the first place instead of ones i actually bought, what they answered is kinda of absurd, they refused to refund/swap and told me that i used it, yes... used endless mtx that has no real life value outside of a game and are not even consumable, didnt spend coins, but did wear mtx, imagine.
I was able to refund mtx on my other accounts in year 2022 and even earlier with no issue (i used tabs, mtx and even coins, noone back then said a thing and refunded with a smile on their faces), but since i came back on a new account and contacted them it's like a punch in the face, never felt more punished donating to the game as in poe since now. Contacted support couple more times and they replied same thing, that it was "used" as I did wear mtx 🤦♂️, no exceptions, I think they hired many people without common sense in there and getting the right response for such request is a miracle I guess.
Keep in mind, they are lying in those responses that they don't provide any refunds/exchanges for "used" mtx, THO there are many cases proving them wrong, for any reason people (myself included) were asking for refund/exchange and they were doing it. |

If the more expensive one is from the same set, you can simply upgrade your pack.

then of course you cannot have a refund.
Standard policy is no refund, sometimes individual support staffer gave exception when you claim it is by accident bought a wrong one. And i don't think post it in feedback would increase your chances to have a refund, instead, you increase your chance to have a ban on spreading wrong info. " My experience couple of years earlier tells me completely different story, every single refund/swap i requested for the same reason as it is now were approved, there are many info on the internet about multiple refunds/swaps for whatever reason, so im not spreading any wrong info And my post actually qualifies as feedback post to point out on things that are wrong and kind of absurd to the customer, im not begging here for refund btw, just as i said pointing out on things as unhappy customer |

Posts like this are a prime examples for why we so often cant have nice things in life.
The policy of refundable mtx you want to report as an unhappy customer doesnt exist. Refunds may be granted but that doesnt mean GGG is doing you any wrong for not granting it. Especially since you have said yourself how you purchased MTX used themor refundet them for other reasons (like I guess not liking them in game as much...) for years now. Pretending like you are the mislead customer here while you actually probably abused the system is kind of sickening. And the worst part is, that companies usually deal with this kind of stuff by strictly adhering to there policies and not only saving money but avoiding stuff like that... I only hope that GGG isnt like that and keeps on giving the refunds to people who need them and continues dealing however they see fit with those who abuse refunding as a way to use or test mtx for a while before refunding them... |

I repeat, it's not like I'm unhappy with them declining my request in the first place, but the reasoning behind it, and knowing them provide refunds as of courtesy in general like it's something special. This is kinda fresh account (since I didn't play on it before buying pack) and I haven't refunded anything on this one yet, btw them doing supporter pack exchange won't make them loose money, but in my case it's completely opposite since I have to top up the balance more to be able exchange it. |

So refunds or exchanges are done SOLELY at GGG's discretion if they have given you one in the past then it would have come with the bit of text stating that it was a " one time customer service gesture of good will"
You have ripped the arse out of that good will. And it is people like you that will end up resulting in that good will getting removed. And yall missing the whole point of selectivity of refunds availability and reasoning of the customer support behind declining refund request, why it's so hard to read for you and think for a moment?
