Nonsense in Patch Notes (in my opinion)

Patch notes are long. The following I see as complete nonsense that doesn't offer additional choice:


"Remove a random Ailment on you when you consume at least 10 Valour to place a Banner" - Nonsense.

"Every Rage also grants 1% increased Stun Threshold" - Conditional stun threshold isn't going to complete with the existing, irrelevant stun threshold that's already on the tree. It's a flawed concept.

"30% increased Evasion Rating while you have an active Tincture" - Conditional and thus inferior to anything similar from a mastery. Requires active action and 50% uptime at best by default.

"Nomadic Teachings provides +2% to all Elemental Resistances." - Typo? Should that be Max?

"Damaging Retaliation Skills become Usable every sixth Hit from Enemies instead" - Ignoring spells, this is usable for those that have less than 17% block, but still want to play Retaliation builds? I don't see this happening.



Edit: Unsure about Double Strike of Momentum. Would be nice if someone in the comments would explain that one for me. 10 stacks to get to the same base damage as the normal gem, and even then you don't have the impale explosion? Were the OTHER two double strikes buffed too much or what's going on here?

Arguably some are just bad design, so fine.
Resistance fixed.
Double Strike still wildly puzzling. That skill is DoA as is.
