The Adorned Unique Jewel now has 0-100% increased Effect of Jewel Socket Passive Skills containing Corrupted Magic Jewels (previously 50-150%)
Patch notes says. But what about existing ones? They'll remain at their current values as a "legacy"? No word about.

yes, legacy adorned will remain at their current values. that's how it is for all item changes in the history of poe

But you can usually reroll with a divine orb. If you can't that used to be in the patch notes as well.
