Fist of War Support

I love a lot of the changes made this patch but I think to make use of this gem it needs a big damage buff too other wise ruthless is still the better choice or just not using it. The extra AOE is probably ok but level 1 = 70% should be more around 120-140% otherwise it's just not worth using it. I honestly haven't seen/heard of many people still using it in builds.

Probably be a few people pipe up to say they use it now I've written this but generally speaking from reviewing tons of builds on POE Ninja, youtube, general chat just asking at different times.

I don't really think the changes to Warcries this patch have made it any more fun by reading it but we'll see *crosses fingers* that I'm wrong
