Path of Exile FPS Stutters.

So i just moved PC's recently just after i gave the game a break im now on a:

AMD Ryzen 7- 7700X processor.
32 GB RAM DDR5.
NVIDIA RTX 40 Series RTX 4080 with 16GB memory GDDR6.

*INGAME SETTINGS ARE AS FOLLOWED*

Mode: Fullscreen Windowed
Resolution: 1920x1080
Render Resolution: No Upscale
VSync: OFF
Triple Buthering: Enabled
Antialiasing Quality: Low (was high no change)
Upscale Mode: NIS (checked off no change)
Sharpness: 30
Lighting: Shadows + Global Illumination (tried just shadows no change)
Shadow Quality: High (tried low no change)
Sun Shadow Qiality: High (tried low no change)
Number of lights: Medium
Bloom: 100
Water Detail Level: High (tried low no change)
Texture Quality: High (tried medium no change)
Texture Filtering: 2x (tried 16x and trilinear no change)
Dynamic Culling: Disabled
Dynamic Resolution: Enabled
Engine Multithreading: Enabled



Yet for some reason when i hop on path of exile and load any space, maps towns hideouts etc i lag randomly, i clicked f1 or f2 whichever shows the graphs and whenever i lag it seems the (Shader) section maxes out? Is there a fix to this? surely i shouldnt be getting this lag when i wasnt lagging on a 3080 prior

Surely someone must know a fix to this problem?

*UPDATE*

So after changing to DX12 the problem is gone however the FPS is massively lower then normal im normally getting 160-400 now im only hitting 60-70 and 50 ish when in maps.


*UPDATE 2*


So i decided to delete shader caches and relaunched it then took me longer to load everything assuming its building the shaders so what i will do is go to each act and reload all shaders.

Not sure if this has worked to be honest. I dont think it has ill leave the game on not sure if thatll do something or not but XD ? Maybe i have to do an ingame shader download?

Going to try and download the POE client instead of downloading from steam will see if this works better.
