Storm Rain needs an MTX

Storm Rain has been around since 3.15 - 3 years ago next week - and still has no MTX for it. I think it's time to give it some love.

Perhaps something like the rain hideout decoration with lightning strikes instead of shots from the arrows in the ground? Could build up the storm with more and more arrows.

Could incorporate strikes like the Celestial Lightning Conduit.

Any other ideas?
