" lower end aka leveling progression was nerfed across the board for good obvious reasons while the late game received a thick buff across most skills in terms of damage and defensive layer also got buffed heavily with the quality change and new item bases. It would be a massive nerf if you lose suddenly like 90% of your damage which is not the case with the change. In low investment area you barely use any notable damage at all and it's only going to have a big impact on all the phys bow enjoyer. Not a big problem as they do gain fuck tons of power with the quality change alone and other changes that end up buffing the hell out of endgame lol. All the added changes past t16 maps are only going to cause even more player power as previous leagues. Lot's of crying for the big big buffs across the entire endgame board in exchange for early game nerfs which are only going to affect like 2-3 days at best during the campaign-t16 maps lol. The only actual nerfs in this patch are on some unique items but they got gutted for obvious reasons. Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.
