Warcries have infinite Power

Does Redblade Banner's "Warcries have infinite Power" modifier affects "exerted attacks" like the ones from "rallying cry"? I mean, would i get 25% more damage for exerted attacks even without any allie around?

And by the way, does "increased warcry buff effect" work for the exerted attack? Would it affect the 25% more damage? Or would it work just for the "Added Attack Damage equal to 3% of the Damage of your Main Hand Weapon per 5 Power, up to a maximum of 20%" ?

No, Power is calculated based on enemies. Redblade Banner gives you infinite power... Rallying cry requires allies.

The line for Exerted Attacks says "per affected Ally", not "per # Power", so Redblade Banner would not affect the more damage modifier for exerted attacks.
