Not recovering ES(Energy Shield) in any form and dont know why

I did a /bug on it too but the F8 screenshots sadly came back totally black. The bug report number was: 945 354 424; Dont know if that helps in any ways but there it is.

What i can say is that this bug has something to do with the -armor/-evasion red altar (Exarch altar). That was the only thing the multiple occasions where the bug happened had in common. Furthermore i noticed that the -3000 one did nothing and only when the the downside was doubled to -6000, with the Wrath of the Cosmos atlas passive keysone, my energy shield stopped all forms of recovery. I have energy shield regeneration and recharge and both just dont occur.

Ghost dance or divine shield. Cannot recover ES to above evasion and cannot recover ES to above armor respectively.
