Can't run a game. Cache cleanup

Game lagged at cache cleanup moment after update. I am tried to reinstall a game but same issue. My internet connection is good.

the packcheck.exe is only available on the standalone pc client.

If you use steam verify the game files.

Have you tried just launching the game again? (could also run as admin)

The shader cache isn't part of the core game files that the packcheck would scan, they are generated as needed and stored in the cache.
This is why there will be a lot of people that will be complaining about the game laggin after the patch (in this case there will be stuttering which looks almost identical to lag/packet loss in lockstep) the game needs to generate all new shaders and will do so a lot for about an hour of varied play in the game)
