Question About Item Affixes

They have stated in the past that these will always be correct since they pull from the actual database used by the client/server.

Prefix:
Under Weapon-Only Elemental Damage
Shocking
Level 51
Local Minimum Added Lightning Damage 3 to 8
Local Maximum Added Lightning Damage 76 to 81

Suffix:
of Ease
Level 11
Local Attack Speed +% 5 to 10


The other Shocking prefix is the global for non-weapon items. There are also 2 version of "of Ease" (local and global).
