Does the map quant displayed in the overlay include quant from %delirious maps?

That should be easily testable by running a white (no mods) map, no?
You could even do it in Standard in case you can't spare an orb/deli map in league.

However since the wiki claims that there is no proper source for the quant increase numbers, I would guess that it doesn't show.

I just tested it for you.

No mod 20% deli map + Anarchy on map device = no quant shown on overlay
No mod 20% deli map + 3% quant on map device = 3% quant shown on overlay

So, as expected, the increased quant is not included in the overlay numbers.
