Archmage with bow skills

Hello dear Exiles!
I'm new to this game but I've had an idea and don't know how to make it work.
The idea is mana stacking Hierophant with bow(galvanic arrow) supported by Archmage.
So my question is - there is any way possible to make projectiles make as a spells to make it possible Archmage support work with galvanic arrow?

Think about the NAME of the skill......"Archmage".

Why would it make sense for a skill with mage in the title, be for rangers?

This archetype exists and it makes use of the Indigon helmet, battlemages cry and the manaforged arrows support gem.
