English POE in China?

Does anyone know if playing on the dedicated China server, does it have English? Or Chinese only?

they don't even have mandatory English class inside the Great Firewall

Naw, I just lagggggg like hell playing on the Japan server. Would be nice if they could get a Hong Kong server

But once again, you probably need to break the TOS to mod the client Also, lag is because you are playing inside Great Firewall so that suppose they don't even allow people inside to access ANY website outside the wall.
