MacBook M1 Pro Struggles with Endgame Content: FPS Issues

I'm experiencing severe performance issues with my MacBook M1 Pro while playing the game, especially during endgame content. The FPS drops drastically to around 5-15 during fights, making the game almost unplayable. I've already set all graphics settings to low and disabled sound effects, but the problem persists.

I understand that the Mac client is not native and its performance might not be optimal (still, it's my main workstation and I travel a lot). However, are there any configuration changes or tips you can recommend to enhance the gaming experience on Mac with silicon chips?
