Suggestion: SKIN TRANSFER 2.0 - Permanent skin transfer for 15-30 points each.. and +

Hi, i have a suggestion to create a PERMANENT SKIN TRANSFER that turn in-game items into skin for like 15-30 points each. GGG alredy did it with "/convertracereward" to turn them into cosmetic skins for FREE, why not make the same with SKINS TRANSFER? But instead of the price of 6, then it could be a higher value like 15..30 points.

The reason of this change is: It's so frustrating to have a cool item locked in only one item, because when u need to change some gear ull lost the skin transfer that u bought and need to buy another skin transfer, but most of the time we just ignore it and stay with the original item skin, because even for a low price (6 points) its a waste of money, because its consumable and not permanent.

It could have a "Effect transfer" too, some items have special effects, it would be cool to have these effects turned into skins too.

Also we could have even the possibility to use unique special skins like "Mystic Void Battery" and "Zenith Magna Eclipsis" in other items, without the special effects, only the skin itself, it doenst make sense to have a skin locked into a single item.
