Elevore & The Perfect From Interaction

Hello Exiles,

Is Elevore's life gain mod becomes ineffective when I wear a Perfect Form with it or is it still granting life for each dodged spell just like suppression? I believe it's just ineffective but I wanted to ask it because it's a big deal for my build.
