POE pauses an video on second monitor

I know for a fact that I'm not the only one with this issue but maybe someone else could give me a hand to try and fix it?

I usually watch youtube, movies or just someone else stream in discord when i play games. But when I play POE it pauses the video of what ever is open on my second screen but the audio keeps playing.

I've tried using different programs, browsers. Nothing seems to work. Anyone got any clue?

1. GeForce Experience + Overlay

2. Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling, but if disabling this in Windows fixes your issue then it was masking a different issue.

3. Anti-Virus Game Optimization

4. GSync issue

Hopefully one of these is the fix.

I've tried and checked all but i doesn't seem to have fixed anything.

Any more ideas of what could cause it?
