Harvest Bug - Non existing boss eternal phase - Vivid Boss

I dont know how to add a picture here, therefore I will just describe what happened,

I spawned a yellow crop with a boss in it, I've killed the boss, however there was a second "Tree phase" going on, even after I've killed the "real" boss, the phase never endend, I've tried to move away from it, clear the mobs several times, search all around the map for a possible boss hiding, nothing... my assumption is that the game understood there were 2 bosses, 1 that I've actually killed and a second one that spawned in some glitch way, therefore entering the tree phase and never leaving it... I had to give up on the map and the raimaining crops in it since the phase would never end and therefore I wouldnt be able to pop the other crops.
