Unlocking veiled items, and unlocking veiled crafting recipes

I have now found and unveiled ~10-15 veiled items. When choosing the veiled modifier to take, I get a message about unlocking a recipe, and then another message that the recipe unlocking failed. When I go to my crafting bench, I can see that I have NO veiled recipes unlocked.
Am I doing something wrong, or is there another step needed to get this done, which I am unaware of? Last bumped on May 19, 2024, 8:44:09 AM

"No, usually you only need to Unveil. I would post this in bug forum, with more details. Or you could ask GGG Support if there is something wrong with your account. No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!
