Arctic Armour removes curse limit

I have an interaction with my build currently when I am using Anathema Moonstone ring. Without Arctic Armour applied I can trigger multiple curses with my trigger while focused setup. If I apply Arctic Armour to myself I am limited to one curse only. Also, I have a Sniper's Mark setup with Mark on Hit. Again, without Arctic Armour applied I can apply Sniper's Mark and multiple curses but, oddly enough, once Arctic Armour is applied again I can no longer Mark on Hit at all. Unless I am doing something wrong I feel like this is a bug or I am not understanding the skill itself (which I apologize if so). The tags on Arctic Armour are Spell, Duration, Cold but not curse or hex or anything I would think that would interact with my curse setup . Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You dont have enough mana to trigger all the curses. If you remove any aura you will get the same result.
