Latency issues

Hi,
Im having really bad latency issues from the 3 days. I had normal ping before between 60 to 80 ms but since 3 days im having 260 plus ping.
The game is absolutely unplayable like my walking speed is faster than my shield bash, when i use the shield bash it is used in slow motion thats how bad it is.
I tried every solution provided on forums,reddit and google but the problem did not get fixed.
The league is dead but i still wanted to play but it seems the game is telling me to stop playing coz the league is dead lol

+1 , winmtr show 1 packet lost per 1hour and ping to server around 50ms , but in game ping spikes to 1000ms and back. make game unplayble

Well what i think is going on is that GGG is transfering the servers to poe 2. that is the only possible reason i can think of because im not the first to make a thread on the forums many others have made a thread too but GGG ignored all of the threads. which brought me to the conclusion of that they are purposefully doing this. All this means it will only be poe2, poe1 will be dead after poe2 release or made dead by GGG themselves

I am also facing a similar problem on the Japan server. Although the latency is around 2ms to 10ms on the login screen（ https://gyazo.com/f1b6d9b81c3fa1672e1b971c296405da ）
and during connection speed checks, it becomes 68~73ms during gameplay instances（ https://gyazo.com/e8a9602292846bff6af405dc3d3ec7ef ）.
Strangely, if I repeatedly open instances, I occasionally connect to one where the latency is around 4ms.

This issue has suddenly arisen over the past week, and it's quite troubling. I was finally able to take a break from work and thought I could start playing the league seriously...
