incursion scarab of timelines and shrine of empowerment

hello, simple bug here so i will keep it short because it is easy to test and replicate


if you have a shrine of empowernment room Connected ONLY to corruption chambers room for example, technically you should never get a level one corruption chambers EVER because it will always be level x+1

the scarab minimum room level is 1, so it should be impossible to get a level 1 room if connected to shrine of empowerment.
never the less, i am still getting level 1 rooms from teh scarab when connected to the shrine of empowerment, in other words shrine of empowerment have no effect on the itemized temple of atzoatle.
