i have Vendor Recipes since i played Poe.
Every Time is these a Challenge.

What I need to do for complete Peddler's Produce

Any Hybrid Flask
Any Instilling or Enkindling Orb

I'd recommend you to read the PoE Wiki more carefully. imanubcakes link leads you to the complete recipes page, where you can find a recipe to craft any hybrid flask.
For the Instilling or Enkindling Orbs recipe just read their responding pages, which i've linked for you.

"that said you" the recipe is right there, on the wiki page, where it's always been

step 1: open wiki page
step 2: hit ctrl+F
step 3: type "hybrid flask" for the first and "enkindling" for the second
step 4: ????
step 5: profit
